Delete my data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time, without giving a reason.

How to ask

1. Email hello@easy-clean.b1z.ai with the subject Delete my data.
2. Tell us how to find you: the phone number, email address or the Facebook/Instagram name you messaged us from.
3. You can also simply send us the words delete my data in the same Messenger or Instagram chat you used to contact us.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
• We delete your contact details, your service address, and the message history of your conversations with us within 30 days.
• We stop contacting you. If you asked only to stop messages and not to be deleted, tell us that instead and we will keep the record but leave you alone.

What we may have to keep

If we have invoiced you, we must keep the invoice and the payment record for as long as tax law requires. That record is kept for accounting only — it is not used to contact you, and everything not required for it is deleted.

Messages you sent through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp also exist in your own account on those platforms. Deleting them there is done through the platform, not through us.
