These terms cover the use of this website and the cleaning services Easy Clean provides.

Quotes and prices

A price given before a technician has seen the property is an estimate based on what you described. If the work turns out to be materially different — more rooms, heavier soiling, access we were not told about — we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you are free to decline.

Appointments

We book an arrival window rather than an exact minute, and the technician calls before heading over. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment so the slot can go to someone else.

Access and preparation

Someone aged 18 or over must be able to give our technician access to the property. Please move fragile and valuable items out of the work area before we arrive.

Results

Cleaning improves the condition of a surface; it cannot undo damage. Permanent stains, wear, bleaching and damage that existed before we arrived may remain visible after a thorough clean. We will tell you when we think that is likely, before doing the work.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If something goes wrong

Tell us within 7 days of the visit and we will come back and put it right where the fault is ours. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job in question.

Messages

By contacting us on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or SMS you agree that we may reply on the same channel about your enquiry and your appointment. Some replies are automated — see our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
