This policy explains what Easy Clean collects when you contact us or book a job, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and the service address for the job.
• What you asked for — the service, the rooms or units involved, and any preference about timing.
• Your messages — the content of the conversation you have with us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, our website chat, or by phone, so the next person you speak to already knows the context.
• Your public profile name when you message us on Facebook or Instagram, so we can address you by name instead of a number.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not ask for identification documents.

Why we hold it

To answer you, quote the work, schedule a technician, get to the right address, invoice the job, and follow up afterwards. We also keep it to answer questions about work we have already done for you.

Automated replies

Some of our first replies are written by an automated assistant so that a message sent outside business hours still gets an answer. It can take your details and offer an appointment. A person reviews the booking, and you can ask for a human at any point.

Who else sees it

• Our own staff and the technician assigned to your job.
• The messaging platform you chose to write on — Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or your mobile carrier for SMS — which carries the message under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers who run our scheduling and communications software on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide that service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we may need it for accounting and tax records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it — see Delete My Data.
• Ask us to stop sending messages. Reply STOP to an SMS, or just tell us.

Children

Our services are for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
